Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellation or amendment made less than 72 hours prior to 3pm (local hotel time) of the confirmed arrival date will not be refunded and additional tax charges will incur. 
• Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a penalty equivalent to a full length of the total rooms reserved shall be charged including any prevailing taxes.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card provided to secure the booking.

Tourism Tax

• Tourism Tax RM10.00 nett per room per night will be charged to all occupied rooms effective from 1st January 2023. This Tourism Tax applies to rooms booked by tourists holding international passports and will not affect domestic tourists or Malaysian permanent residents holding PR status. In order to facilitate this new implementation, please assist by providing the following information i.e. guest name and passport number/Malaysian IC number. A credit card number, direct bank in or letter of undertaking (terms & conditions applies) is required to guarantee the booking.
• Tourism Tax is required to be paid by CASH ONLY at Reception upon arrival.

Security Deposit

• Full Refundable Security Deposit is required before deadline notice until the full settlement is received for the booking. Cheque deposit payment will only be accepted if payment received not less than 7 working days from arrival days, otherwise Deposit will be strictly by cash. Copy of the Refundable Security Deposit payment slip must be scan and email to us for reference.

Payment Terms

• Payment will be collected upon booking confirmation through the payment portal. The payment does not include security refundable deposit and tourism tax.

General Policies 

• Check-in time 3pm
• Check-out time 12pm
• Room Occupancy – Number of occupants allowed in a room is according to the room type and room rate reserved. Hotel reserve the right to impose additional charge should there be any additional occupant occupying the room.
• Family policy – children under 12 years of age stay free in the existing bed with an accompanied adult above age of 21
• Early Check In – 50% of room rate
• Late Checkout – 50% of room rate (until 6pm after 6pm subjected to full day charge
• Crib – Upon availability
• Parking is available – limited slot, 1st come basis
• Hotel property is completely non-smoking property
• Smoking Fees penalty – RM50
• No pets are allowed
